Established in 2001, SK Moulding specializes in the research, development and production of precision injection molds and plastic parts. We supply parts for automotive, medical, electronic, aerospace, office, household and telecommunications products.
Our 22,000-square-meter facility is manned by over 160 workers who can offer you 80 sets of molds and 7,000,000 fittings every month.
Quality is very important to us which is why we use the most advanced production equipment and QC machines from Germany and Japan, such as our two CNC machines from Makino. The size of our CNC machine is 3,200 x 1,600mm, and this helps us make large injection molds and die-casting molds. We also have EDM from Sodick and Fanuc. Furthermore, the precision of our grinder can be +/-0.005mm, and the tolerance of EDM can be +/-0.01mm. Our 40 senior mold designers and engineers not only help us develop our products, but they also help us in maintaining our products' superior quality. We are compliant with ISO9001:2008 and we assign two QC personnel in each production line to ensure that strict quality control procedures are implemented.
